We wish to thank those of you who were able to attend/prepare for the ministry weekend in any capacity, and for representing your ministries and committees so well! The displays were thoughtful and well done, and I do see that there were a few signups from interested parishioners.
Parishioners commented that they were surprised by how much volunteering and how much work goes on in the parish behind the scenes and on the altar. Our hope is that, by engaging with you at Ministry Weekend, and taking note of all the opportunities to be involved, that parishioners have become more aware, and may perhaps think about ways that they can participate in the future.
Thank you again, for a successful weekend, and as always, for your commitment to St. Augustine Parish!
